Michele
Michele Smith, co-owner & operator of Bar J Ranch specializes in creating scenarios to fit each budget. She is the bookkeeper extraordinaire, as well as the lead floral aficionado at the Ranch. Michele can take items that you would least suspect and turn it into the most stunning of centerpieces and décor. That is one of our favorite aspects is thinking outside of the box and bringing your events to life.
When not planning, coordinating, or bookkeeping, Michele can be found keeping up with her hobby farm, her husband Michael, daughter Shelby, or granddaughter Hanna. She enjoys surfing Pinterest for her next big idea, & figuring out how she’s going to retaliate on Casey’s nonstop pranks.
Casey
Casey Hayes, co-owner and operator of Bar J Ranch specializes in being your own personal hype-gal. She can ease your fears in letting go of the reins and letting Bar J bring your vision to life. Casey has a knack for thinking outside of the box!
Casey & Michele having been creating unforgettable events at Bar J Ranch since 2019. They love to see their clients light up when they see the vision they have created. We own our very own mini “craft and home store” to provide all of the essentials for the day you desire.
When not planning and coordinating events, Casey can be found doing a myriad of things. She owns a hobby farm (a mini cow, horses, a pony, & a plethora of chickens) and has 6 children. She is in a season of life at the moment that doesn’t allow for many hobbies so poor Michele catches the brunt of her extra energy! Look out for a well-placed joke or prank while you’re here at the Ranch!
AJ & Arletta Smith
Aj & Arletta Smith own the Bar J Ranch. The ranch is nestled along the outskirts of Jennings State Forest. Aj takes great pride in his little cattle farm. You can usually find him on the tractor grading the road, tilling up a field, or checking in on his heifers. Arletta can usually be found riding shotgun! Either that, or spoiling the grandkids or helping in the barn!
